【文化言語学部】英語版 [Department of Culture and Language] Minister for Foreign Affairs Commendation Given To Our Former Professor Judith N. Rabinovitch

Our former professor Judith N. Rabinovitch, Ph.D was recently named as one of the recipients of the Foreign Minister’s Commendation for 2017.

The Foreign Minister’s Commendation is awarded to individuals and groups for outstanding achievements in international fields, to acknowledge their contributions to the promotion of friendship between Japan and other countries.

It is a great pleasure for us that one of our colleagues has been selected as an honored recipient in this way, and we too shall continue to make strides in our research and teaching, inspired by Dr. Rabinovitch.

As Dr. Rabinovitch is now residing in Montana, USA, she will be presented with an award certificate and a commemorative gift through the Consulate-General of Japan in Seattle this autumn.
